Please note that due to the preparations we make to optimize every pet's stay with us, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for all daycare and boarding appointments. If you need to schedule daycare or boarding in less than 24-hours, please do not use this form, but rather call us to ensure that we are able to place your pet within the group that fits his / her play style and temperament.

*Please note if you are requesting a drop-off or pickup time outside of our normal business hours, there is an after-hours charge. We offer extended hours 1-hour before normal business hours and 1-hour after normal business hours. A $15/per hour late charge will be applied.

DAYCARE Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation for an upcoming stay, please call us at (248) 250-9838. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of check-in will not be charged. Cancellations made with 48 hours of check-in will be charged the full rate. No-shows will also be charged the full rate.

BOARDING Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 3 days or more prior to your pet’s reservation there is no charge. Cancellations made with only 1 or 2 days prior to your pet’s reservation are charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled stay. Cancellations and no-shows the day of your pet’s reservation are charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled stay.
