Requirements
During our Holiday / Peak dates, we require a three night minimum for all boarding reservations occurring during Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years. For all other Holiday / Peak dates, a two night minimum is required. Your pet may of course stay for a shorter duration, but will be charged for the minimum stay.

Holiday / Peak Dates Cancellation Policy
For holidays and peak dates, if you cancel 7 days or more prior to your pet’s reservation there is no charge. Cancellations made with only 6 or fewer days prior to your pet’s reservation are charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled stay.
